WHY DOES THIS KIT ONLY HAVE ONE VALVE?

WP XACT/AER forks use a split-function layout.

LEFT FORK — DAMPING

The left-side fork contains the damping cartridge.

This is the side upgraded with the N10Z Dynamic Base Valve.

RIGHT FORK — AIR SPRING

The right-side fork contains the air cartridge, which provides the spring function.

Because the damping system is located in the left fork only, only one N10Z Dynamic Base Valve is required.

DIY-FRIENDLY DROP-IN INSTALLATION

The N10Z Dynamic Base Valve is made as a drop-in upgrade for the left-side damping fork on compatible WP XACT/AER applications.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION

Remove the existing base valve assembly from the left-side damping fork and install the N10Z Dynamic Base Valve.

The right-side air cartridge does not receive an N10Z base valve.

Using commonly available suspension tooling, the N10Z valve can be fitted and serviced as required.

For riders comfortable working on their own suspension, it's a straightforward way to make a significant change to damping performance.

Alternatively, the valve can be installed by your preferred suspension workshop during a normal fork service.

Every N10Z Dynamic Base Valve supplied by Motaero is manufactured in-house at Motaero HQ in Tasmania, Australia.

Components are precision CNC turned and milled using our Doosan CNC machinery from locally sourced 6061/6063 aluminium.

Manufacturing the components ourselves allows us to maintain tight control over machining, tolerances and finished product quality.
