Triumph Tiger Rally Pro 240mm travel cone cartridge

We have developed a new replacement cartridge kit to suit your Triumph Tiger Rally Pro.

Common complaints are a harsh but soft fork, no low speed hold up & deflective.

Our cartridge addresses these faults with a very easily fitted cartridge.

Our replacement cartridge assy is an easy diy drop in for your compression leg. You need to remove the cap, slightly rework the adjuster in the cap (easily done) remove the retaining bolt at the bottom, rework the foot with a drill and replace the cartridge with ours. We re use your oem fork cap and reworked adjuster. That's it. Our kit also comes digital instructions so all you need is simple tools to make the change.

Our system is, 

-100% Tasmanian CNC'd (Australian made)

-Aircraft grade aluminium alloys.

-Retains the factory compression cap with a new needle and rod that ensures accurate metering. 25 clicks of adjustment*

-Retaining bolt is cnc'd here in house from 304 stainless steel, that has a compression needle (externally adjustable) for accurate low speed compression adjustments. 8 Turns of adjustment*

-Cone mid valve assy.

-12mm main rod.

-23mm main piston tube (cartridge)
