Tasting Notes

Moor of a liquid than gel texture compared to most gels on the market. Tart from the raspberry with a touch of salt to balance it out. Good aftertaste with no lingering stickiness or sweetness.

Made from the premium Willamette variety of raspberries, these slightly tart and juicy raspberries are a delicate fruit with a relatively short shelf life so we freeze-dry them locally to lock in all the goodness.
