The N10Z Pro Cone Valve Kit is our top of the line kit, designed as complete Cone valve conversion kit to upgrade the performance, versatility and adjustability of your stock Fork without breaking the bank with factory components or CC fork conversions!

The patent pending N10Z system reacts with the oil flow and pressure therefore, when you need a stiffer or softer damping force (from going over different terrain) the Dynamic Valve System automatically adjusts the oil flow to compensate, dynamically governing the compression for instant and automatic results with much better traction and improved bottom out resistance with a great adjustability and versatility in your suspension.

All components of the Pro Cone Valve Kits are crafted here in house using locally supplied 6061/6063 materials, we turn and mill it using our state of the art Doosan cnc machine.

Using easily obtained tooling this can be fitted & serviced as required.

Of course it’s recommended for use by trained professionals.

What's included in the kit?

WP:

  • 2x N10Z cone mid valve & rebound piston assemblies.
  • 2x N10Z adjustable Base valves with piston and shims.
  • 2x Custom taper needles and springs
  • 1x Hydro stop or blanking sleeve.
  • 790, 890 and Norden 901 all have pass through base adjusters. Adjusted via 4mm Allen key hex in bottom.

ZF

  • 2x N10Z cone mid valve & rebound piston assemblies.
  • 2x Adjustable Base valves with stainless retaining nuts.
  • 1x cartridge blanking sleeve
  • Valve stacks to suit base adjusters.
